CAREER

After graduation, I will briefly take time to travel and reflect before continuing as Product Owner at Aumens. Here I will oversee the final industrialization phases of The Compass. This role closely fits my PI as a hybrid designer, as it allows me to move between user values, technology, stakeholder collaboration and implementation. By guiding The Compass towards production, I will further develop my value-based development approach in a real-world care-tech context.

While The Compass moves towards production, we are also exploring how my role could grow within Aumens towards a more strategic operational position, potentially as COO. In that position, I would contribute to setting up production lines, and guiding future development processes of Aumens’ preventive-care products.

Six years ago, I thought I wanted to become an AI developer. Now, I know that my motivation lies in shaping smart, tangible products that improve quality of life. Whether my future role becomes Product Owner, COO, or something I cannot yet predict, I want to keep moving between people, technology and implementation. This is where I feel I can create most value as a hybrid designer, by staying curious, surrounding myself with the right people, and helping valuable technologies reach the people they are designed for.
